The owner was really very helpful all the information he gave to us was most useful even down to the best fish and chips on the first night as we were ready for something quick to eat. We will definitely go back as it was such a quiet restful place. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, also there are plenty of places to walk to great if you have a dog. Mr N, Shirland, Alfreton 26 September 2010
A most beautiful area of Yorkshire, sea and country views from your front door. heaven on earth !!! Very helpful and friendly hosts. Perfect, relaxing, stress free holiday. Mr F, Bolton, Lancashire 30 August 2010
We loved everythng about or holiday. Our wee pup loved the freedom and the walks, she was very well behaved and never put a paw wrong! We went everywhere through the day and loved the villages and the friendliness of the people. Robin Hood Bay was better than I expected and the surrounding Garden centres were excellent. We bought so many plants it was difficult to find room for our luggage. Definitely 10 out of 10 for all aspects of our break and we recommend it. The owners, David and Ros were very helpful. Mr J, Dunfermline, Fife 13 May 2010
A very lovely area, and a nice and quiet setting, ideal for a restful break. Miss W, DERBY, Derbys 10 March 2010
We booked last minute for this holiday, and received £100 discount on the usual rental price. We arrived to a wonderfully warm welcome from the cottage owners who were very friendly and accommodating. On arrival the owners showed us around the property and gave us a holiday pack full of local information including tips for places to eat and details of local walks. They also provided us with a car parking permit for the city. The cottage was clean and cosy and was set in a beautiful rural location near a lovely village. We had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning in the future. Dr H, LEEDS, West Yorkshire 26 July 2009
I have already given the deatils of the cottage to two different friends as we rated it excellent! Mrs M, ROTHERHAM, South Yorkshire 08 June 2009
The location is in a good central position to explore the area. It is approximately half way between Whitby and Bridlington and is on the edge of some beautiful countryside. The owners live on site and keep up the standards of comfort and decorations that we look for on holiday Mr R, Kendall 04 October 2008
